Steps:
Ingredients:
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 green chili (finely chopped)
1/2" ginger (finely chopped)
1 green chili (finely chopped)
1/2" ginger (finely chopped)
1 carrot (grated)
2-3 tbsp fresh grated coconut
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/4 cup semolina
1 cup wheat flour
handful of coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup wheat flour
handful of coriander leaves (finely chopped)

3 - 3 1/2 cups water
Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Add water and combine well.
- Add the chopped ingredients and mix well to make a slightly runny batter, similar to the consistency of dosas.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Pour a ladle full of batter into the pan and carefully spread to get a round shape. Fry covered on medium heat for 2 minutes and flip to fry the other side.
- Apply a layer of oil on the pan before frying each dosa.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
- Instead of a green chili, you can add chili flakes or red chili powder if desired.
