Ingredients:
750gms chicken
3 tbsp roasted garlic and peppers seasoning (Kirkland) or try other seasoning powders
1 tbsp bafat powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp ghee (skip if chicken is with skin)
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp pepper powder *(Optional)
Steps:
Make a marinade with all the ingredients.
Apply on the chicken and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.
Shallow fry, air fry or bake.
To bake, preheat oven to 400C.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
When chicken is almost cooked, broil for 5 minutes.
