Banana Bread - Jean

Ingredients:
3 overripe bananas
4 tbsp sugar 
1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 tbsp flax seed powder
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
4 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or roasted cashew nuts 

Steps:
  1. Smear ghee on a baking tin. Preheat oven to 180C. 
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add eggs, ghee and vanilla essence. Combine well. 
  3. Add almond flour, chia seeds, flax seed powder, sugar and baking soda. Combine well. 
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes on 180C. Insert a toothpick and when it comes out clean, set the tin aside to cool.
  5. ENJOY!
