Ingredients:
3 overripe bananas
4 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 tbsp flax seed powder
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
4 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or roasted cashew nuts
Steps:
- Smear ghee on a baking tin. Preheat oven to 180C.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add eggs, ghee and vanilla essence. Combine well.
- Add almond flour, chia seeds, flax seed powder, sugar and baking soda. Combine well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes on 180C. Insert a toothpick and when it comes out clean, set the tin aside to cool.
