Arabic Grilled Chicken Marinade for Wraps - Victor

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
1 large garlic clove (minced, or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground cardamon
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper (reduce to 1/2 tsp to make it not spicy, or hot chili powder)
2 tsp smoked paprika (or Kashmiri chili powder)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder 
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil

Steps
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and marinate for 6 hours minimum.
  2. Grill on high heat to get crispy char lines for 25 - 30 minutes. Lightly spray with a good cooking oil to increase char. Alternatively,  pan fry on bake in an oven at 400F.
  3. Slice the chicken and place it in pita bread with garlic sauce, slices of tomato and lettuce.
