Ingredients:
900 gms grated cassava
200 gms shredded coconut
1 can condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp butter

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 350C.
- Combine all the ingredients well. Transfer to a baking pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or till brown.
- Cool, then slice before serving.
