Cassava Cake - Karen Pereira

Ingredients:
900 gms grated cassava
200 gms shredded coconut
1 can condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp butter

Steps:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350C.
  2. Combine all the ingredients well. Transfer to a baking pan. 
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or till brown.
  4. Cool, then slice before serving. 
  5. ENJOY!
