Ingredients:
1 kg pork
2 tbsp Savita bafat powder (adjust according to brand and spice level)
2 big onions (diced)
10 cloves garlic (diced)
2" ginger (diced)
2 green chillies (long slits)
4 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick (quartered)
1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
6 cloves
1 tbsp tamarind paste
1 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Steps:
- Add everything to the pot and cook covered on medium heat till the fat melts. Adjust tamarind and salt to taste.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
- Cook pork with fat or with skin on cane cut it into small pieces.
- This pork tastes best when cooked a day prior to serving.
