Mutton Soup - Victor

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 kg lamb
l2 black cardamom pods
1 tsp peppercorns
1" cinnamon 
5 cloves 
1 onion (sliced)
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper powder 
lemon juice to taste
1.5 litres water
3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
 
Steps:
  1. In a vessel, heat oil. 
  2. Add black cardamom, cloves and peppercorns and lightly fry.
  3. Add onions, fry until it turns golden.
  4. Add ginger and garlic paste. Fry till the raw smell goes. 
  5. Add mutton pieces, salt, pepper powder, lemon juice and water. Boil covered for 1 hour. Adjust salt and lemon juice to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
