Ingredients:
500 gms shrimps
1 onion (cut in cubes)
1 large potato (cut in cubes)
3 tbsp sesame oil
5-6 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp garlic paste
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sriracha sauce
2 tbsp chili garlic paste
2 tsp sugar
1/4 - 1/2 cup water
2 tbsp smoked paprika powder
2 tsp chopped spring onions
1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Steps:
- In a wok, heat sesame oil.
- Add garlic and ginger paste. Fry till the garlic browns lightly.
- Add the onions, potatoes and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well.
- Add soy sauce, sriracha sauce, chili garlic paste, sugar and 1/4 cup water. Cook on low heat till potatoes are soft, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add shrimps, salt and smoked paprika powder. Mix well. Cook covered on medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until shrimps are cooked.
- Garnish with spring onions.
