Ingredients
Left over roast beef (recipes here)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
2-3 green chillies
1 chicken stock cube
spring onions (to garnish)
oil
Steps:
- Use left over roast beef, cut into strips.
- Heat oil, add garlic and green chillies. Fry till garlic turns golden brown.
- Add beef and saute using 1 chicken stock cube. Add 1 cup water for the gravy (adjust according to desired consistency). Bring to a boil.
- Garnish with spring onions.
