Ingredients:
700 gms / 2 pcs chicken breasts
10 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
4-5 tbsp all purpose flour
butter
1/4 tsp dried mint (garnish)
For the sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp honey
1 tbsp pepper powder
Steps:
- Mix ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
- Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally. Pat dry, then dry rub salt and pepper on both sides.
- Add flour to a plate. Lightly coat the chicken with flour.
- In a pan, heat butter.
- Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook on medium heat till golden.
- Flip the chicken and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Add butter if needed.
- Mix in the sauces and gently stir to combine. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the chicken to coat it with the sauce.
- Garnish with dried mint.
