Chicken Breasts in Honey Garlic Sauce - Jean

Ingredients:
700 gms / 2 pcs chicken breasts
10 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp salt 
1 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning 
4-5 tbsp all purpose flour
butter 
1/4 tsp dried mint (garnish)

For the sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp honey
1 tbsp pepper powder

Steps:
  1. Mix ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Set aside. 
  2. Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally. Pat dry, then dry rub salt and pepper on both sides. 
  3. Add flour to a plate. Lightly coat the chicken with flour. 
  4. In a pan, heat butter.
  5. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute. 
  6. Add the chicken breasts and cook on medium heat till golden. 
  7. Flip the chicken and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Add butter if needed.
  8. Mix in the sauces and gently stir to combine. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. 
  9. Flip the chicken to coat it with the sauce. 
  10. Garnish with dried mint.
