Beef/Lamb Kababs - Jean

Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg minced lamb/beef 
10 cloves garlic (minced)
2 eggs
1 bunch parsley (finely chopped)
2 onions (grated/very finely chopped)
1 tbsp cumin powder
2 tsp sumac powder
2 tsp all spice powder
1 tsp turmeric powder 
1 1/2 tbsp pepper powder (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp chili flakes 
1 tbsp salt
8 tbsp bread crumbs
2 tbsp melted butter 

Steps:
  1. Mix all the spices and salt together in a bowl.
  2. To a large bowl add the minced meat with grated onions, garlic and parsley. Add the spices, bread crumbs and eggs.
  3. With clean hands, keep mixing for about 10 minutes till well combined.
  4. Wet your hands and shape the kebabs on to skewers or as patties.
  5. Brush with melted butter.
  6. Barbecue/ bake in an oven at 400 for 15 minutes on each side / air fry at 370 for 12 minutes, then flip and air fry for 5 minutes at 400.
