Ingredients:
1 kg pork (cut in cubes)
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp salt
2 big onions
1 green chilli
8 cloves garlic
1" ginger
2 tsp Coorgi pork masala
2 tsp tamarind paste (adjust to taste)
3-4 tbsp coriander leaves (for garnishing)
Steps:

3-4 tbsp coriander leaves (for garnishing)
Steps:
- To a wok, add the pork.
- Mix in the turmeric, Kashmiri chili powder, Coorgi pork masala powder and salt. Cook on low heat.
- Meanwhile, grind the onions, green chilli, garlic, ginger and tamarind to a fine paste.
- Add to the ground masala to the pork and continue cooking till done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
